According to Albert of team absolute technical support there was only one instance of being disconnected in the game last night and nobody was inconvenienced.

There seems to be some issues with the last update issued by AP UB

If you played with my last night and can testify either in support of Albert or can provide testimony that contradicts his summation please post to this thread.

I played in last night's game but I really don't remember being at a table with you so I really can't help in that regard. I know that just a little while ago there was a problem with one of their software updates. The issue was that it would just lock up and looked a whole lot like a network outage. I was able to resolve it by doing an uninstall and then a fresh total reinstall of their software. Now I run multiple computers and I needed to do this with all of them so it's not like a DLL went corrupt on me. I would recommend doing what I did and hopefully it will resolve your issue.

I was dealing with the update issue just as descirbed above and their ace technical support was trying to argue that it was my system and not theirs.

Now for the really good one

after the last update Absolute Poker no longer shows up as a program when one goes to contral panel Programs and features

they have referred this issue to developers

last time they did this I did get the issue resolved in only 30 months
