Every six months our Tour Leaders will battle it out in the "Shark Global Invitational". This will be a HUGE cash added Event! To qualify you must place in the TOP 3 in one of our Tourneys in the 6 months prior to event. Tour leaders are posted on our Leaderboard page. Our sister site "Online Shark Satellite Tour" does not count for TOP 3 in this Event, just Shark Poker Tour TOP 3 go onto leaderboard.

The Global Invite will be held in May and November each year. Tour leaders on the last day of April and October will be invited. For more info on this Event or to ask questions go here.

The location of our Championship event will be a Premier Poker Site that has supported our Tour.

The two Champions from our Global Invitational each year will meet in a steel cage death match (heads-up) for the title of Shark Army Champion. The Champ receives $200 in a new "real money" account; runner-up receives $100 in addition to first place money already earned in our Championship events. Format for heads up as follows: Best 4 out of 7, no limit sit-n-go. Shark will select the Poker site and pay sit-n-go entry fees. The Winner will then pummel Shark in an exhibition match for additional cashish if he/she is victorious.
