All our sites have different logins. If you would like to change your password to something easy to remember then go to your "accounts" page, hit "edit profile" then make your password whatever you like.

All USER names to enter our Tour sites (Online Shark & Shark Poker Tour) are your email address. Passwords are sent to you by auto responder email and are CASE sensitive. Most common problem is players not copy/pasting passwords. ZERO's must be ZEROS not the letter O and vice versa.

0=zero O=letter O o=small letter o

All sites have "I forgot my password, and never right them down" buttons. Clik these and when your password arrives, right it down and copy paste it in.

If ABOVE does not work

Re-register. Use a different email addie. Hotmail and Yahoo are free. Once you are in you can go to "edit profile" and change it to your preferred email addie.

If you are not receiving our AUTO responder with your password you probably use AOL (aol sucks) or another system that is blocking auto responders or bulk mail. Hotmail or Yahoo are a good option here also. Always check your "junk" folder and set our emails to "safe" or "allow".

Hey Shark you bald, 1 toofed loser. How come you have different logins for all sites?

I don't like to play fields bigger then 600 and many of our veterans say the same. If you have trouble with logins or don't like going to 3 different sites to play we understand. Just play one site. Easy, right?

One of the main reasons I started another Tour site was because I didnt want our freerolls to be 1500 players or more. They were getting HUGE.

Having more sites is a good thing for our members.

Installing a robot for passwords and user names is easy.

Robots will soon rule the world... lol,

Im having problems with the online shark site. I just have verizon email and don't even have a junk folder. I just set up a yahoo email and I'll try it now.

BTW I like the idea of a pw bot, I think Ill try it.

I can't log in on sharkpokertour.com when I register.
I've tried on 2 different mail adresses (yahoo.fr and gmail.com)
Both times, I receive the password correctly.
But if I try to log in, I've got the message:
"I'm sorry we do not have your information on file. Please try again or you can register now."

If I click on 'Forgot password' and input my mail adress, here's the message:
"I'm sorry. It appears that the email nhoutrabi@yahoo.fr is not in our system.
Please check the spelling and try again."

Can you do something for me?

loustic, you can only register with one e-mail address at a time. If you re-registered with a different address, the first one won't work any more. If you re-registered with a g.mail address, the yahoo one won't work now. I would suggest you start over, register with one of the e-mail addresses, and when you get your password, copy it and paste it in the log-in box. And be sure you use the same e-mail address every time. If this still doesn't work, post here again, and maybe someone else will have another suggestion.
